1. General Use

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

The content provided is for informational and educational purposes only. No contractual relationship is created between the user and the provider through the mere use of this website.

2. Eligibility

Access to our products and services is strictly limited to users who are at least 18 years of age. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of part or all of your invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Our software does not predict markets and does not eliminate risk. All trading decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user. Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.

4. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to technical failures, broker execution issues or external service disruptions.

Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

5. Software Usage & License Restrictions

Our products are provided as algorithmic trading tools — Expert Advisors, indicators or related components. Users are advised to test all systems on demo accounts before deploying them in live trading environments.

Each license purchased grants the right to use the software on a single MetaTrader account. The software may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed or transferred to any third party under any circumstances. Using the software on multiple accounts requires the purchase of additional licenses.

Violation of these restrictions constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the license without refund.

6. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

Expert Advisor licenses are sold as annual subscriptions that renew automatically. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise KONDOR Finance to charge the same amount to your payment method each year on the renewal date, until you cancel.

You will receive an email notification when your subscription is renewed. To cancel before the next renewal date, contact us at kondor@kondorfinance.com at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Upon cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not be renewed further.

Annual Pro subscriptions include all software updates and new versions released during the active subscription period. Annual Base subscriptions grant access to the version delivered at the time of purchase; updates are not included.

7. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products — including Expert Advisors, course materials and mentorship services — are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered or the subscription period has begun.

Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the subscription. We will not issue refunds for renewal charges where the cancellation request was not received at least 24 hours before the billing date.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us at kondor@kondorfinance.com within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or engage in automated data extraction without explicit written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, software, branding and design, is the exclusive property of KONDOR Finance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
