Get your EA running
in minutes

Follow these steps after receiving your purchase confirmation email.

Receive your EA file

After completing your purchase, you will receive your .ex5 file by email within 3 business days.

Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. After 3 business days with no email, contact us at kondor@kondorfinance.com.

Install MetaTrader 5

Our Expert Advisors run on MetaTrader 5 (MT5). If you don't have it yet, download and install it from your broker's website or directly from metatrader5.com.

Make sure you open a live or demo account with a broker that supports MT5 and the instrument you purchased the EA for.

Copy the EA file to MT5

Open MetaTrader 5 and go to File → Open Data Folder. Navigate to MQL5 / Experts and paste the .ex5 file you downloaded from your email there.

Restart MetaTrader 5

Close and reopen MT5 so the platform detects the new EA file. You will then see it appear in the Navigator panel under Expert Advisors.

Attach the EA to a chart

Open the chart of the instrument the EA is designed for and drag and drop it from the Navigator panel, or double-click it. Make sure to use the timeframe specified for the EA you purchased.

Enable AutoTrading

Click OK to confirm the settings. Then press the AutoTrading button in the MT5 toolbar (or press Ctrl + E) to allow the EA to place trades automatically.

You should see a green indicator on the top-right corner of the chart — this means the EA is active and running.

Keep MT5 running

The EA only trades while MetaTrader 5 is open and connected. For continuous operation, run it on a VPS (Virtual Private Server) so it stays active without depending on your computer being on.

You can use any external VPS provider or the built-in VPS service available directly inside MetaTrader 5.
