Yes. We strongly recommend testing on a demo account before deploying on a live account.

The minimum capital depends on the strategy and broker. Each product page includes capital recommendations based on the EA's risk profile.

Risk is fully configurable by the user. You control lot size, exposure and drawdown limits. Default settings are designed to be conservative.

No. Our EAs do not use martingale, grid, or averaging strategies. Each trade is managed independently with defined stop-loss and take-profit levels.

Yes. Once installed and configured, the EA trades automatically without manual intervention as long as MT5 is running.

Yes. You can disable or remove the EA from your chart at any time from MetaTrader 5. You retain full control at all times.

The EA trades whenever MT5 is running and the market is open. A VPS is recommended for uninterrupted 24/7 operation.

No, but a VPS is strongly recommended for stability and to avoid missed trades due to internet outages or PC shutdowns.

Yes. Updates and improvements are provided automatically during the license period at no additional cost.

Drawdown varies depending on settings and live market conditions. Historical drawdown is shown per product. Use conservative risk settings to keep it controlled.

Performance figures shown are based on historical data since 2024 and are updated quarterly. They are provided for reference only and do not guarantee future results.

Your funds stay in your own broker account. KONDOR Finance never has access to your capital, credentials or account.

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not available once access is granted. Please review our Terms & Conditions before purchasing.

Yes. Technical assistance and setup guidance are available to all active clients via our contact page.

Trading involves significant risk. Poor risk configuration or extreme market events can lead to substantial losses. Never trade more than you can afford to lose.

Yes. Beginners can get started with conservative risk settings. We recommend taking the Foundations course first to understand what you are running before going live.

Once payment is confirmed, the EA file is sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. If you experience any issues, contact us and we will resend it manually.

Our EAs are compatible with any MT5 broker that offers the relevant instruments (indices and crypto). We personally use EightCap — not as a paid endorsement, simply because it works well with our strategies in terms of spreads, execution and instrument availability.

Each license is tied to a single MT5 account number. If you switch brokers or open a new account, the license will need to be transferred. Contact us and we will handle the transfer — one transfer is included per license.

We do not offer a free trial of the live EA. However, we strongly recommend running any EA on a demo account before going live — this gives you full visibility of how it behaves without any risk to your capital.
